Coronavirus (COVID-19) update

These are difficult and challenging times and we hope that everyone in our community is safe and following government instructions to stay at home.

For those of you who have operations booked with us, we will be reviewing our ability to fulfil these in line with the government recommendations daily and will be keeping in regular touch with you.

For new patients, we are currently taking bookings for the late summer, leaving priority space for those who may be postponed. Please reset assured that we are endeavouring to accommodate you throughout this challenging time.

Can I still have my consultation?  

Yes – although our clinic is closed we are still offering consultations via video. The extended video consultation will cover all bases, as we would during a visit to the clinic. This will allow us to assess your hair loss and suggest suitable treatments if needed.

Can I still book my hair transplant in?

Yes –  after having a consultation with us you will still be able to book in for your treatment. At current, we are taking bookings for the late summer. This is allowing us to leave priority spaces for those who have had appointments postponed due to COVID-19.

When will you be reopening the clinic?

At current, we do not have a set date for when the clinic will be open again. We are following the government guidelines and as soon as it is safe to do so, we will open the clinic.
